High-Select Fe-NTA Phosphopeptide Enrichment KitUses iron chelation in spin columns The resin enriches phosphopeptides from complex samples. Each column can enrich 0.5 to 5 mg of phosphopeptides from the total protease digest as a starting sample. Used with pre-formulated buffers, the improved and simplified procedure enables the enrichment of up to 150 µg of phosphopeptides in less than 45 minutes with greater than 90% selectivity.

High-Select TiO2 Phosphopeptide Enrichment KitIncludes 24 titanium dioxide (TiO2) centrifuge tips and optimized buffers to facilitate the preparation of enriched phosphopeptides. Each column can enrich 0.5 to 3 mg of phosphopeptides from the total protease digest as a starting sample. Optimized buffers and simplified procedures eliminate the need for pyrrolidine in the elution buffer and subsequent cleanup using graphite spin columns. Up to 150 µg of phosphopeptides can be enriched using this kit with >90% selectivity. TiO2 enriches a unique set of phosphopeptides and complements the High-Select Fe-NTA IMAC Phosphopeptide Enrichment Kit.

High-Select Fe-NTA Magnetic Phosphopeptide Enrichment Kit Enrich phosphopeptides from complex samples using iron-chelated magnetic agarose beads. Each reaction is sufficient to enrich 250–1000 µg of phosphopeptides from 0.5–5 mg of total protease digest as a starting sample in less than 45 minutes. In addition, the kit can also be used to enrich chemically modified peptides containing functional groups and is designed for use with immobilized metal affinity chromatography resins.

High Select Fe-NTA Magnetic AgaroseSpecially designed to enrich phosphopeptides and chemically modified peptides for MS analysis. Our non-aggregated magnet (Fe3O4) is a superparamagnetic microbead with excellent uniformity for both manual and automated purification applications High performance purification. Fe-NTA Magnetic Agarose can be purchased separately to provide flexibility in experimental design.

For high-resolution analysis of enriched phosphopeptides, the recommended LC column for use with the Nanospray Flex source is the Acclaim PepMap 100 C18 LC column (Cat. No. 164942 or 164939). For the EASY-Spray ion source, the recommended LC column is the EASY-Spray C18 LC column (Cat. No. ES902 or ES903). Stand-alone High Select Fe-NTA Magnetic Agarose microbeads offer flexibility in scale and throughput and are available on manual and automated platforms, including KingFisher 96 and KingFisher Flex magnetic particle processors.
